奥林匹克信鸽品评规则

标准组

人们在谈到品评鸽时总是不屑一顾，人品评鸽没有什么可炫耀的竞翔成绩。着可能是对的，但并不绝对。品评鸽在国际比赛中又成为标准鸽，所谓标准则意味着要达到一些看得见、摸得着的条件，对此国际鸽联有明确的要求。这些条件不是什么秘密，通过努力可以达到。1羽赛鸽要参加奥林匹克品评大会时，它必须具备这些条件。实际选拔标准鸽就像选美一样，最重要的标准是赛鸽自身的因素。在比赛中所有鸽子均由5名中立的检查官进行裁判。他们完全独立地写出自己的评价，之后作出一个公平的决定。评判的最高分和最低分将被去掉，其他三人的评分相加即得最后名次。分数最高的将是获胜者。一个国家的10羽鸽子总分最高，那么，这个国家就是奥林匹克大会标准级团体冠军的获胜者。

总则

保证各协会赛鸽完全匿名；

奥运会组办协会负责核实成绩。

一、标准组评分法

并列情况下的操作程序：

（一）个人排名

1、第3、4、5点相加，总分高者名次列前；

2、第5点得分高者名次列前；

3、第4点得分高者名次列前；

4、第3点得分高者名次列前；

5、根据裁判评估情况作出决定。

（二）协会排名

以雄性和雌性单鸽前3名的最好成绩决定排名。

二、运动组

资格：

A、在100-400千米距离的比赛总获得10次奖励（总距离不得少于2000千米）。

B、在300-600千米距离的比赛中获得8次奖励（总距离不得少于3000千米）。

C、在距离至少为500千米的比赛中获得6次奖励（总距离不得少于3500千米）。

D、（全能）在总距离不少于3000千米的比赛中获得过11次奖励，其中：100-4—千米的比赛获奖3-5次；300-600千米的比赛获奖2-6次；500千米以上距离的比赛获奖1-3次。

注：参赛和获奖时间必须在连续的两年内。

计算公式：

获得的名次×1000

得分=--------------------------------------------

参赛鸽总数（最多5000羽）

注：加在一起最多不能超过5000羽鸽子，以得分少者名次列高。

Rating Rules for Olympic Homing Pigeons

1. Standard Group

People always neglect the value of rating pigeons whenever referring to them, because they have no outstanding flight racing performances. This could be right, but not utterly right. Rating pigeons are also called standard pigeons in international competitions. “Standard” means there are a series of tangible conditions to meet up with, which are specified by F.C.I .These conditions are not secret and can be acquired through efforts. A pigeon which will participate in Olympic rating competitions must have these conditions. Selecting standard pigeons in fact is just like beauty contest, pigeon’s own elements play the most important part. During the competition, all the pigeons are judged by 5 neutral examiners who write out their appraisals respectively, and then make a fare decision. The highest and lowest marks in the judgment are taken out, leaving the rest three marks to be added up to the final scores. The pigeon which wins the highest mark is the winner. The country of which 10 pigeons win the highest total mark is the winner of the Olympic Standard Association Champion.

General Rules

Ensure racing pigeons of all associations are completely anonymous.

Scores are verified by organizing associations of Olympic Games.

Operating process in terms of juxtaposition

(1) Individual Position

i Add up the marks of Item 3, 4 and 5, higher total scores get better positions

ii Higher marks on Item 5 has better positions.

iii Higher marks on Item 4 has better positions.

iv Higher marks on Item 3 has better positions.

v Making decisions according to referees’ appraisals.

(2) Association Position

Determined by the highest scores by the male pigeons taking the first three places and the female pigeons taking the first three places.

2. Sports Group

Qualifications

A Winning 10 awards in competitions with a distance from 100 to 400 kilometers (total distance not less than 2000 kilometers).

B Winning 8 awards in competitions with a distance from 300 to 600 kilometers (total distance not less than 3000 kilometers).

C Winning 6 awards in competitions with a distance over 500 kilometers (total distance not less than 3500 kilometers).

D (omnipotence) Winning 11 awards in competitions with a total distance over 3000 kilometers. There into: 3-5 awards in the competitions with a distance from 100 to 400 kilometers, 2-6 awards in competitions with a distance from 300 to 600 kilometers, 1-3 awards in competitions with a distance over 500 kilometers.

Annotation: The dates of competitions and awards are supposed to be during two successive years.

Annotation: Each member association can have up to 12 pigeons take part in the competition (free to choose types of competitions from A, B, C, D and male or female groups).
